The VIDAPOINT ‘cloud based’ IOT network ensures the quick and efficient connection of users to a help centre individual. When the VIDAPOINT pendant SOS button is pressed a two-way voice call connection to the help centre is established in seconds. Access to the VIDAPOINT network is achieved over the mobile cellular network and WiFi at user-selected locations.


The VIDAPOINT network uses the latest VoIP connectivity over SIP trunks and PBX servers to ensure affordable connectivity and monitoring of thousands of user devices anywhere in the world. The network allows monitoring status and location of users devices providing help centre attendants with interval reports and device alarms in addition to rapid two-way voice communication initiated in an SOS situation. If so configured the attendant may directly call the user.
