Providing The VIDAPOINT Service.
GWH provides your organization with everything you need other than staff or volunteers to receive calls and dispatch help to users. GWH can assist you with using the right protocol to meet your local requirements to operate the solution.
VIDAPOINT Pendants, (local language customizable). Fully pre-programmed and ready to deliver to users, they include a charging station, lanyard and belt holster and SIM Card (if required).
VIDAPOINT Cloud Based Software is accessible via a secure internet connection, provided by you at each attendant location, along with a suitable computer or tablet device. Build a help centre with just a small team or integrate VIDAPOINT into existing number/call centres, for added service levels.
Communications Connectivity The VIDAPOINT network uses wireless cellular and cloud based SIP voice trunking to receive and connect calls from the VIDAPOINT pendant. Where no cellular service is available or required, don’t worry, you can configure designated Wi-Fi locations and provide the same service for users at those locations.
Support Services such as Help Centre design, implementation project management and customized attendant training and go-to-market marketing and promotional guidance, is available if desired.
What Is The Cost To Our Business Or Organization?
The VIDAPOINT Cloud based software and connectivity services are offered as a pay-as-you-use quarterly charge, ‘flat rate’ subscription service, so that the solution cost is fixed per user and not affected by individual usage. There is no cost to ‘hold’ multiple subscriptions as new user access to the solution is accomplished online in a matter of minutes.
We offer a number of VIDAPOINT Provider plans that range from a basic in-home (Wi-Fi connected) SOS two-way voice service including battery re-charge notification to a full feature go-anywhere mobile cellular coverage plus Wi-Fi service. Plans may be supplemented by adding extra chargeable features, including Medication Reminders, Fall Detection and Geo-Fence reporting. Also available is a comprehensive ‘all in’ rate for the most economical and simple to implement service.
VIDAPOINT Pendants may be purchased or financed (through GWH partners or your local source) and offered for re-sale, rent or lease by you to users based on your local service-marketing plan. Some users may prefer to purchase the VIDAPOINT Pendant outright rather than incur a periodic cost.
Other users may opt for small monthly or quarterly payments to better fit their budget. Either way the VIDAPOINT Pendant is competitively priced and provides much more in the way of feature capability then legacy or limited feature ‘SOS buttons’.
